Noticeboard

PRESCRIPTION ORDERING CHANGES - From 21st September 2020 you will have to order repeat medication directly via your GP practice, not via your pharmacy or medical equipment supplier. You can order in the following ways: online via Patient Access, by email to cuccg.atkinson.prescriptions@nhs.net , by dropping the request at the surgery or via post.  If you can’t order by these means and don’t have a family member, friend or carer able to order for you, please contact us.

Please note this only affects the ordering of your prescription. When you order your repeat prescription directly through your GP practice, your pharmacy will continue to collect or receive your prescription as before. Pharmacies may also continue to deliver your prescription if you currently receive this service.

If you have developed symptoms, please DO NOT attend the GP Surgery or ring 111 - initially please self-isolate for 7 days if you live alone and 14 days if you share a household. If your symptoms deteriorate, please ring 111 for further advice and assessment

A new phone app called MyGP is now available to book appointments and request prescriptions - please download and follow the instructions to set up! Any questions, please ask at reception.
